Medical & scientific direction

Professor Karim Nayernia

Biomedical scientist and specialist in personalised and regenerative medicine. Founder and Director of the International Center for Personalized Medicine, P7MEDICINE, Düsseldorf.

In depth

Medical philosophy

That molecular information is only meaningful when it is read against the whole person: history, physiology, environment and intention.

Current research

Clinical research collaborations in personalised and cellular medicine, alongside continuing work in molecular medicine.

Selected publications

Peer-reviewed work in stem-cell biology, regenerative medicine and molecular medicine. Summaries will be added to the Alba research library with their limitations stated.

Video conversation

A short filmed conversation for Alba: why should two people of the same age not receive the same longevity programme?

Professor Nayernia’s scientific credentials are presented transparently, and Alba does not claim authorship of the underlying medical science.

Professor Nayernia’s research career spans genetics, stem-cell biology, molecular medicine and precision health. His published work includes stem-cell biology and regenerative medicine, alongside current clinical research collaborations in personalised and cellular medicine.

His role within Alba is to provide medical and scientific direction across the clinical network, helping translate complex molecular information into an individual medical strategy — and helping ensure that what is proposed to a client is matched to the strength of the evidence behind it.
