Science and research
Evidence presented with context.
Longevity and regenerative medicine are developing quickly. Our research library brings together selected peer-reviewed papers, current research and clear explanations of why each study matters, as well as what it does not prove.
How each entry is presented
Every entry, the same way.
The fourth field is the one most longevity platforms leave out. It is the reason this library exists.
Citation
Full reference and a link to the original peer-reviewed source.
Study type and area
Randomised trial, cohort study, mechanistic work, review or case series — and the programme or treatment area it relates to. Established clinical evidence is kept separate from emerging or investigational work.
Why it matters
What the finding could mean for clinical thinking, in plain language.
What this study does not prove
The limitation stated as clearly as the finding: sample size, population, duration, surrogate endpoints or absence of clinical outcomes.
Entries are added as they are reviewed. Emerging interventions are discussed only with adequate evidence and regulatory compliance; where the evidence is early, we say so.
